• Harassing other members or engaging in cyberbullying.

Metbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.

• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no login for more than 12 months).

Whether your balance is returned before account closure depends on the reason for closure. If the account is closed due to a Terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. If closed at your own request, your full balance will be returned after verification.
